1994 Mongolian World Cup Stamp commemorating
Uruguay’s World Cup wins in 1930 (inaugural tournament)
and in 1950, when they stunned hosts Brasil, 2 : 1 -
in front of a crowd of 200,000 in Rio de Janeiro.
The 1994 tournament was hosted by the United States,
in which Brasil defeated Italia 3 : 2 in penalties,
from a scoreless draw after extra time.
pictured too, is the much storied Jules Rimet Cup.
