    but that did not dampen FIFA Fever.

    Where is Tacos Frank when you need him?

    There was this dude in the parking lot
    - named Tacos Frank -
    He had a huge stove and worked this outdoor personal kitchen.
    They were some of the best Tacos I have ever ate.
    For Reals.
